So we thought we’d try something new and start posting video answers to the most common questions listeners have about Pandora. We’re going to start doing this regularly.
If you have burning questions, please feel free to post them. We’ll keep a close eye on what we’re seeing around the blog. Thanks again for being so engaged.
Cheers. Tim (Founder)

I just started listening to Pandora. I shared Pandora with my fellow workers they all want it when they go on-line.My wife & I have had the pleasure of seeing some of my playlist on stage we both enjoyed seeing them and now you have recreated that enjoyment again for us.We did note that Celine sings the song the Prayer with Andrea Bocelli on the holiday album not Josh Groban.I love all the artists that appear.Tim keep up the great work a fan forever. Thank You

How do I hear Chris Cornell sing the soundtrack song on Casino Royale {James Bond}, if I do not know the name of the song? Thanks.

Please add the capability to listen to a specific artist/group and the artist complete library of work. Very often the artist/group has changed over the years and I like to listen the progression of change or just a random playing of all the artist/groups library of work.

We work around the clock and Pandora is the only thing that keeps us going. But the timing out every so many hours is driving us all mad. We have to stop and then go to the pc and click yes we are still listening. WE have satelites set up all over the office and play everyones favorite stations so everyone can hear there music and it is amazing how everyone likes each others music now. BUT the still annoying are you still listening keeps coming up and turns off the music. Seeing we are using satelite speakers, you have to stop and go all the way to to the main pc and turn it back on! Very for pc people to stop and start is nerver wrecking. is there a way around this? can we pay more for better service? Should we switch back to free service so we hear the commercials? Thanks for any help!

@Rod -- Upgrading to Pandora One extends the time-out from one to five hours. If you are getting the "are you still listening?" message after less than five hours of inactivity, it indicates that you aren't signed in with the upgraded account. Feel free to write to for more help with this.
