blog-post.jpgCalling all artists, designers, and art lovers! I’m very pleased to announce the third annual Pandora Poster Contest, sponsored this year by Levi’s.

For the past two years we have asked you, our talented listeners, to design a poster about Pandora. The results have been amazing. Each year, we choose three poster designs to print in limited editions. These posters are given as gifts to donors to our GlobalGiving philanthropy projects.

Now it’s time to to do it again.

The task is the still same: create a poster about Pandora. The rest is up to your imagination. Feel free to explore themes of music, technology, philanthropy, music education, or whatever moves your muse. One thing we ask is that you don’t redesign our logo. In addition to sharing your creative imagination, you will be helping us to support youth music education around the world.

We plan to announce three winners again this year: Grand Prize, Runner Up, and Editor’s Choice. The Grand Prize winner will receive $500, the Runner Up will receive $250, and the Editor’s Choice winner will receive $500. All three will also include some great publicity on our blog.

We’re eager to see where your creativity takes us this year!

As a new user,I saw the video on variety and will try out the suggestions. I am currently running over 30 gig of music on an ipod, generally on random, so the restrictions here seem a little tight. I am hoping that when I mark new artists or songs, your database will continue to modify and expand beyond what I already own and listen to. It's tougher than you might think for an old audiophile like me, but your genome project just might do the trick.

Well, I just got a notification that i have almost reached my "free limit" to radio this month. You have GOT to kidding me. This is the VERY reason I came here instead of subscribing to yahoo music. I'm not going to pay for something i can get for free on my Mp3 player. Good Luck to you Annie White

Hi Dan, I am a freelance writer and would also like to exhibit my freelance writing skills. Why don't you organize a competition for copywriters? Regards, sans300

thanks for your dedication to music that goes in teimpo with the others like santana. i always liked slow hand (eric clapton) never knew he played the spanish mandalin till now. it took you ten years to do this miracle, and only took me 2 minutes to tune you in. my dad was raised in the charlston era and when riding the range watching cattle he would connect wires from his transiter radio antenna to a barbed wire fence and listen to chicago, ill, big band duke ellington and count basi. this was his chore nightly to put them cows to sleep. come along ways!!!! guys thank you and your staff for this privalige. truely, john ramsey
