When did Yo-Yo Ma die? Pandora is speaking of him in the past tense. Please illuminate me.

Those are some really impressive posters! I particularly like the third one--it fits with the color scheme and style of my room I'll be decorating soon. I might have to see if I can get that one!

It's all well and good that you're keeping alive and whatnot, but you're still being, essentially, racist. You claim to be aiming to become a global company, but it's been well over six months since you shut down worldwide listening, and there's not even a progress report on international listening. I'd like to point out that you guys are THE ONLY web-radio station I know of that restricts access to one country. You were also the best one on the entirity of the Internet Come on guys, pull your fingers out and at least tell us what the hell's going on? Sure if it's held up in legal wrangling, TELL US, please, or if/when you do go global, you'll find your old listeners dissillusioned and, simply put, GONE ELSEWHERE. Baz

They only thing that I do not like about Pandora is that when a song cuts out in the middle. i'm not sure if it's copyright laws on the particular song but it would be nicer if the music fades out instead of being so bluntly cut. thank you

The songs didnt always used to cut out in the middle like they have been more recently. All songs used to play through fully until recently where now a song will often stop playing, begin playing part way through, or only play a few seconds of the song all together. PANDORA, is there a reason why this has been happening with more frequency recently? Is something wrong with your feed? Maybe you're getting too popular...

Mike/Baz - on the subject of streaming Pandora outside the US. believe me it is not for lack of desire. We started blocking int'l users because labels threatened to take action. There is no manageable and affordable license outside the US - so we're stuck. It's not our desire, nor our doing. Hopefully, when we get things squared away in the US, we can take another run at the global audience. Tim (Founder)

I am so pleased and relieved the bill passed! I called my Rep the day Tim sent the email and i was so sure the bill would be eclipsed by other Gov priorities this week ( DUH!!) but of all the things that will keep people from depression and despair...Pandora is the #1. I cannot say enough about Mr Westergrens' masterpiece...it is my dream come true. Thank you Tim and Congrats on legislation!!!!

again though how come I can stream music from other stations and not pandora? Why aren't the music labels going after the other stations?

Congrats on the legislative win! Can you geniuses at Pandora implement the ability to save a custom quick mix, give it a nickname, and call it back up from a saved menu of your quick mixes? that would be sweet!

Yeah, These were nice entries. I would have picked the Second one first as a personal favorite. The First one if more conceptual and says a whole lot more about the Pandora global reach and goals. The hands appear to be of different generations, ethnicity and gender. That in itself says a lot for the company and all in a still visual. That is an ingenious one.

Just wondering why some songs (the same songs) cut out in the middle. Please tell us! Is it the artist's preference? I saw the explanation on Pandora help, but it doesn't seem to explain the fact that the same songs cut out.

Looks like I'm a little late here... I saw this contest going on a while back and just randomly remembered about it--NICE!! I love the DNA->Music concept. That one and the editor's pick would also make for cool t-shirts. I'm sure some of the threadless community/market would like reppin' Pandora. Great work as always, people. Keep it up.
