I’m currently planning an itinerary for my first tour stop in Ohio. Come mid-October, I’ll be stopping in Columbus for a town hall meeting (tentatively at the Milo Arts studios), and would love the opportunity to meet Pandora student listeners at nearby Ohio State University. If you have any suggestions for appropriate venues on this or other college campuses (we’re open to all suggestions!), whether at a music class or in the student union, don’t hesitate to leave a comment below. Love spending time with students.
We love reading and responding to your feedback on the blog – the comments have been a treasure trove of great insights and guidance as we plan our visits. If you have a particular idea you want to discuss, or just want to get more involved, we’re eager for help – just drop us an email at tour@pandora.com. Please include your location in the subject line of your message too. No idea is too big or small!

hey you cant forget us down here in Brewster. Fairless Local School District has over 200 pandora users! come to Brewster-Rock-City!!! Check out Monroe Hall!!! Greenpool and Angelface have played there, among other bands . Greenpool totally rocks my socks. they are a local band and are very talented. Don't leave us out just cuz we arent on the map. we arent far from canton and massillon. Akron is a good place to hit too. Viva Pandora!!!!!

Cleveland, Cleveland, Cleveland! I agree with the above suggestion that you go to Baldwin Wallace College. They have a well respected music conservatory as well as a great radio station. Or try the Rock Hall. I have seen several roundtables & lectures there, and you would fit right in.

Athens, OH is only a little over an hour away from Columbus, and a home to a variety of very, very talented local bands. Check out: www.athensmusician.net for more info on local bands, venues and such.

CLEVELAND... For all of the reasons mentioned above. We have 4 good college radio stations with varried music and NO good commercial stations, Pandora is our "station" and your popularity is spreading like crazy. Cleveland State, Case Western, John Carroll and Baldwin Wallace Univ. are all within a 25 mile radius. Come to the Rock Hall or an adutorium in one of the colleges. Lake Erie is beautiful in the fall. Great surfing on a windy day, and our river hasn't burned since 1978. Now we have competitive rowing on the river. It's a cool place, check it out.

For an interesting expireiance on your drive through try Yellow Springs, Ohio. It's a small little town that is the home to Antioch college, and neat little shops. Stop by Peaches grill and listen to some music.

hey we have some local bands that are really good where i live in ohio. i live in waynesville and my church held a rock fest there and a bunch of bands come out and tons of people.my friends and i listened to your radio before the concert was even held, well none of us even got cds from the band but one and there are only 3 songs recorded on a cd b/c it cost so much money. so we thought since you have just about everything on your radio that you would have these bands but sadly u do not. the names of the bands are. "The finer print", " Garrison Year", " southern Boundary", and " the city scene", i think it would be awesome if you could come to ohio or look them up on myspace and get recordings to put on your radio. these are awesome bands that need to be heard and get there stuff out there. thanks for reading hope to hear some more soon. - Brittany
