Update: On September 21, 2006, I’ll be meeting listeners at the Magnolia Theatre in Dallas (3699 McKinney Ave), beginning at 7pm. Join us and send an RSVP to tour@pandora.com with ‘Dallas’ in the subject line!
I’ll be back in Texas in the middle of September for the National Association of Broadcasters conference being held in Dallas, and would love to use my time there to host a listener meetup for local Pandora users. Last time I was in the area, the people were very welcoming – met some great folks in San Antonio, Houston, and Austin to name a few. If you have any ideas about venues that you think would be great for a town hall meeting, please suggest it below in the comments section!
We love reading and responding to your feedback on the blog – the comments have been a treasure trove of great insights and guidance as we plan our visits. If you have a particular idea you want to discuss, or just want to get more involved, we’re eager for help – just drop us an email at tour@pandora.com. Please include your location in the subject line of your message too. No idea is too big or small!

Hey guys! I love what you're doing and I have so enjoyed using Pandora. I have found TONS of new artists and can't wait to purchase their albums! I'm from Houston and I noticed that you do not have a couple of my favorite Texas bands; you should really have them because they are awesome. One is a progressive jazz group from Houston called Drop Trio. They've won tons of awards here and their keyboardist, Ian Varley, is fantastic. Another is out of Austin and is called Hairy Apes BMX. They are truely genre defying - you'd just have to hear them. Both have websites - www.droptrio.com and www.habmx.com Again - thanx so much for what you are doing! Kim

I was so glad that a friend recommended this site to me. I am having a blast listening. I am however sorely disappointed that my favorite band, "Dream Theater" is not toghether as of earlier this year. But many thanks to Pandora for searching out other artists with similiar styles/talents to keep my interest. - Darlin' Nikki

Thanks a lot! I was looking at the Music Genome Project a couple of years ago, and one of my friends threw me on to this! I thought that I had a broad music ear, but it turns out, that there is even more out there that I haven't heard of. If y'all are looking to have a town hall in Dallas, you should check out "Sons of Herman Hall" and/or Good Records. Both places are awesome! Have a great day!

OK, when you are leaving Texas, on I-10 on your way to Phoenix, AZ you will pass thru a great college town--Las Cruces, NM. Drop in, have some coffee at Milagro by NMSU. Great local music! Great view of the Organ Mountains. Great stop!

Love the music, great system. The only thing that happens, Pandora thinks I have stoped listening, and I have to go to my machine and restart the music, check my site, I am working in a 9000 sq ft studio, shooting photos. Any way to disable that feature?? Spin those tunes, from dallas.

This is the kind of station i'm been looking for an long time. i don't think to many people know about this, because if they did, radio stations would be out of business. Anyway i just want to say GOD BLESS YOU for creating a station that only plays the type of music i like and gives my a chance to rate each song individually, i will listen to this station for a long time. One more then, i'm a big fan of classic R&B, hits from the mid 80's and 90's. So thanks for openning of this whole new world for me; are there any type of referal programs for telling anybody about this? PLEASE GET BACK WITH ME SOON.
