Help! I long ago stopped using my Time Warner email as it was a disaster. Now when I try to log in, it asks for my password relating to [old email address]. Simply, I don't remember the log in to that any more. So how can I get access to my account? I joined long ago and want to reconnect. New account? Just let me know. As you probably can relate, it is a matter of emails used long ago... my new personal is [new email address] and work is [work email address]. Feel free to correspond that way or give me a call on my cell.

Can anyone do something about the ads on Pandora? I hate that they're right on top of the volume and next buttons. Its so annoying now I can't change the music!

Luci - Sorry about that; ads should never interfere with your ability to use Pandora. I'll forward your feedback to the ad team so they can see if there's a bug in one of our ads.
