I’m currently planning an itinerary for my next tour stop in New York for summer 2006. We had a great time in New York back in May and again in June, so we’ll definitely be back again soon. I’ll be stopping in the city for the CMJ conference at the end of October. Lecturing later that week at NYU to the next generation of digital music entrepreneurs – should be great fun. New York always has something new to offer every time. Don’t hesitate to leave a comment below if you have any suggestions about a meetup. I can’t wait to come back!
We love reading and responding to your feedback on the blog – the comments have been a treasure trove of great insights and guidance as we plan our visits. If you have a particular idea you want to discuss, or just want to get more involved, we’re eager for help – just drop us an email at tour@pandora.com. Please include your location in the subject line of your message too. No idea is too big or small!

  1. Hey,
It’s a big state. How about coming up to the home of the Goos and Ani DiFranco?
Cmon up to Buffalo. We got a lot of great stuff going on here!
    Thanks for the great work

  2. I just found out about Pandora this week – too late to let you know about my brother’s New York band. Is there a way for you to still get his CD, like maybe if I send it to you?
He’s an awesome artist, and I think he’d make a great addition to Pandora!

  3. Hey guys! I’m up in Syracuse and love what you’re doing. I’m not going to advocate that you stop all over Upstate but I know we’d love to see you up here too! Buffalo or Rochester would be great for the central and western New Yorkers.

  4. Wow, I’ve missed quite a few meetings. I really think you should come back to the city soon, lol, but if you must go upstate, I’d like to suggest Ithaca. It’s a beautiful town, very close to the Cayuga Lake.

  5. I’d love to see you and talk about pandora. I’ve been telling friends and bands all about it. Speaking of bands from Buffalo, you might hear from Breakerbox, a band I got acquainted with last week. Very unique sound. Would love to see how pandora categorizes them.

  6. How about adding a stop in northern New Jersey? I think you’d be able to attract a relatively nice size audience (in addition to those who might head over the GW into the city).
I love the site and have shared it with 25-30 people already. Great idea – up ’til recently I’ve listened primarily to the music I listened to the same artists I’ve been listening to over the past 40 years (I’m 53). Thanks to Pandora, I’ve been introduced to the likes of John Mayer, Red Hot Chili Peppers, the Fray, and dozens of other individuals and groups that I would’ve never thought of listening to! Thanks!

  7. I’d like to officially add my name to the list of Buffalo fans. I’d bet at the university alone you’d get yourself a packed house.

  8. Hello,
Very great stuff all of you have done…You should definately think about coming to Long Island to Stonybrook University of New York (SUNY)..a great place to come and “literally” let the world know about you!! We have International students from ALL over the world.

  9. I just discouvered you! I feel like I’ve won the lottery. You should come to Canada.
We have a very large city called Toronto as well as a wonderful venue in Niagara Falls, CANADA – NOT Niagara Falls NY. (We’re twin cities but we have the new Niagara Fallsview Casino with a gigantic concert hall + + +
    Keep up the good work!

  10. just an idea, it would be cool to make your own radio station with all the bookmarks of songs we saved?????????
