I’m currently planning an itinerary for my first tour stop in Ohio. Come mid-October, I’ll be stopping in Columbus for a town hall meeting (tentatively at the Milo Arts studios), and would love the opportunity to meet Pandora student listeners at nearby Ohio State University. If you have any suggestions for appropriate venues on this or other college campuses (we’re open to all suggestions!), whether at a music class or in the student union, don’t hesitate to leave a comment below. Love spending time with students.
We love reading and responding to your feedback on the blog – the comments have been a treasure trove of great insights and guidance as we plan our visits. If you have a particular idea you want to discuss, or just want to get more involved, we’re eager for help – just drop us an email at tour@pandora.com. Please include your location in the subject line of your message too. No idea is too big or small!

  1. I just wanted to let you that some of your biographical info on R&B singer Avant was wrong. I went to highschool with him, he may have been born in Chicago but Im possitive that he is from Cleveland, OH. I have known him for about 11 years. He also was apart of a tour which featured Charlie Wilson in the late summer of 2006, In which I was personally was invited. I am a huge fan of Pandora Radio!,I just want to know that i am getting real information. Any ? I can be contacted at: alwaysonmygrind@yahoo.com Thank you

  2. Just wanted to suggest a band to add to the database. They are called Bancroft and are originally out of the Akron area. Very interesting sound. Their best album that I have heard is The Melaphobic Solution, and is, in my opinion, very well rounded. Easy to find online, or through local music stores.

  3. Wow guys- you do feel good about yourselves right- I mean you’ve created the most intricately woven radio station I’ve ever heard of. I am, to say the least, relieved that my brain can be sated when my favorite song gets stuck on a repeat loop in my head (and then-yes-becomes not quite my favorite song anymore).
Here’s a band that I suggest- out of Cincinnati- Satori
They have a myspace page– hopefully this link works:

You guys are fools if you dont roll through Akron, OH. Not only can you check out where THE BLACK KEYS originated but you can stop BY SWENSONS and pick up the BEST burger of your life.

  5. Hope you come to Cincinnati. We love your station, your music. I am torn between gospel and country..
I am a fanatic of both. I had the pleasure of meeting many of the gospel singers personally and we go to all the Gaither Concerts as we can work into our schedule. They will be in Northern Kentucky in the spring and we already have tickets.
As far as eating places, for mexican, El Pueblo in Blue Ash, Jeff Ruby’s Precinct in Newport. Great many places to just stuff your self silly.
    Keep up your great work.
